        Šis ir paziņojums par līguma slēgšanas tiesības piešķiršanu attiecībā par iepirkuma priekšmeta 1.–5. daļas pozīcijās noteikto preču piegādi (informācija par līguma slēgšanas tiesības piešķiršanu attiecīgajās iepirkuma priekšmeta 6. un 7. daļas pozīcijās norādīta 08.9.2017. un 18.10.2017. paziņojumā). Paziņojumā norādītās plānotās līgumcenas ir provizoriskas, un tās var mainīties, jo tiks slēgta vispārīgā vienošanās. Paziņojuma IV.2.3) punktā norādītās cenas nav pretendentu piedāvātās līgumcenas, bet ir katra pretendenta piedāvāto preču vienību cenu kopsumma eiro. Informāciju par konkrētām pozīcijām, kurās attiecīgajiem pretendentiem ir (nav) piešķirtas līguma slēgšanas tiesības sk. iepirkuma procedūras dokumentos. Pilnsabiedrības “DLW Latvija un O’Pen Lietuva” piedāvājums iepirkuma priekšmeta 4. daļas pozīcijās noraidīts kā neatbilstošs konkursa nolikumā (turpmāk – Nolikums) noteiktajām piedāvājuma noformējuma prasībām (pretendents finanšu piedāvājumā nav norādījis piedāvāto preču cenas), tāpēc paziņojuma IV.2.3) punktā kā pretendenta piedāvātā līgumcena norādīta “0,00”. Attiecībā par iepirkuma priekšmeta 1.–3. un 5. daļas pozīcijās iesniegto piedāvājumu minētā pilnsabiedrība ir izslēgta no dalības iepirkuma procedūrā saskaņā ar Publisko iepirkumu likuma (turpmāk – PIL) 39.¹ panta pirmās daļas 5. punktu, tāpat kā SIA “jo-jo.lv” attiecībā par iepirkuma priekšmeta 1.–5. daļas pozīcijās iesniegto piedāvājumu. AS “Antalis” attiecīgajās iepirkuma priekšmeta 2. daļas pozīcijās, bet SIA “Starlux” attiecīgajās iepirkuma priekšmeta 1.–4. un 5. daļas pozīcijās līguma slēgšanas tiesības nav piešķirtas, jo minētie pretendenti atsaukuši piedāvājumus. SIA “Vidzemes papīrs” ir piešķirtas līguma slēgšanas tiesības par iepirkuma priekšmeta 1.–5. daļas preču piegādi tikai Elektronisko iepirkumu sistēmā definētajā Vidzemes reģionā, jo piedāvājums iesniegts par preču piegādi tikai minētajā reģionā. Konkurss izbeigts saskaņā ar PIL 38. panta pirmo daļu pozīcijā CI109.4.1.6.3.4, kurā nav iesniegts neviens piedāvājums, un pozīcijās CI109.2.11.1, CI109.2.11.2, CI109.3.15.4.1 un CI109.5.3.2, kurās nevienam pretendentam nav piešķiramas līguma slēgšanas tiesības. Konkurss pārtraukts saskaņā ar PIL 38. panta otro daļu pozīcijās CI109.2.3.4.5 un CI109.2.3.4.6, jo piedāvājumu vērtēšanas laikā konstatēts, ka attiecīgajās pozīcijās Nolikumā norādītās tehniskās specifikācijas prasības par attiecīgajām piktogrammām neatbilst Ministru kabineta 16.5.2017. noteikumu Nr. 260 prasībām (minētie noteikumi stājušies spēkā 16.5.2017., resp., pēc tam, kad konkurss bija izsludināts). Konkurss pārtraukts saskaņā ar PIL 38. panta otro daļu un Nolikuma 5.4.1. apakšpunktu pozīcijās CI109.3.15.4.3–CI109.3.15.4.6 un CI109.4.1.6.2.1–CI109.4.1.6.2.3, jo piedāvājumu vērtēšanas rezultātā konstatēts, ka tajās līguma slēgšanas tiesības ir piešķiramas tikai vienam pretendentam.
