                  1. Additional information

                    Katrā iepirkuma daļā vispārīgā vienošanās tiks slēgta uz 36 (trīsdesmit sešiem) mēnešiem vai līdz kopējā pasūtījumu summa vispārīgās vienošanās ietvaros sasniegs: "Iepirkuma 1. daļa. Dažādu ķīmisko reaktīvu un reaģentu iegāde Nr. 1" – 60 000,00 EUR bez PVN, atkarībā no tā, kurš nosacījums iestāsies pirmais. Katrā iepirkuma daļā vispārīgā vienošanās tiks slēgta uz 36 (trīsdesmit sešiem) mēnešiem vai līdz kopējā pasūtījumu summa vispārīgās vienošanās ietvaros sasniegs: “Iepirkuma 2. daļa. Dažādu ķīmisko reaktīvu un reaģentu iegāde Nr. 2” – 45 000,00 EUR bez PVN, atkarībā no tā, kurš nosacījums iestāsies pirmais. Pamatojoties uz 02.03.2017. MK noteikumiem Nr. 107: – 229.1. punktu, izbeigt iepirkuma 1. daļas 1. pozīciju "Kakao sviests", jo netika iesniegts neviens pretendenta piedāvājums; – 230. punktu, pārtraukt: iepirkuma 1. daļas 7. pozīciju "Nātrija acetāts b. ū.", jo tehniskajā specifikācijā izvirzītā prasība "pH (1 % šķīdumā): 7,5–9,2" ir nekorekta un nepieciešami precizējumi, nosakot tehniskās specifikācijas izvirzīto prasību "pH (5 % šķīdumā): 7,5–9,2", 2. daļas 26. pozīciju "Izoamilspirts", jo izvirzīto minimālo tehnisko specifikāciju prasības ir neprecīzas un nepieciešams mainīt izvirzītos minimālos tehniskos parametrus – norādīts neatbilstošs kataloga kods, kas neatbilst "Izoamilspirts" tehniskajam aprakstam. Minētie būtiskie labojumi tiek uzskatīti par objektīvu pamatojumu iepirkumu pozīciju pārtraukšanai.
