      Iepirkumā ir tikai viens atbilstošs piedāvājums. Iepirkumu komisija secina, ka prasības ir samērīgas un pamatotas. Iepirkumu komisija uzskata, ka dalībai iepirkumā varēja kvalificēties vairāki pretendenti, līdz ar to iemesls tam, ka piedāvājumu ir iesniedzis viens pretendents, visticamāk ir balstīts uz citiem apsvērumiem, nevis uz to, ka nav iespējams izpildīt atlases prasības.
