Sadaļā “Uzvarējušā pretendenta piedāvātā līgumcena” nav norādīta konkrētā pretendenta piedāvātā līgumcena, bet maksimālā līgumcena vispārīgo vienošanos darbības laikā, ievērojot noteikto rezervi, kas sadalīta vienādās daļās starp diviem pretendentiem, kuriem piešķirtas līguma slēgšanas tiesības attiecīgajā daļā. Katrā daļā otrais līgumslēdzējs pasūtījumus iegūst tikai iepirkuma procedūras nolikumā noteiktajos gadījumos.
