            Paziņojumā par līgumu ir ieviesusies kļūda, norādot izvēles kritēriju. Cena ir vienīgais piedāvājuma izvēles kritērijs. Atbilstoši atklāta konkursa nolikuma 10.2. punktam “Vispārīgās vienošanās izpildes laiks: vispārīgā vienošanās tiks slēgta uz 36 (trīsdesmit sešiem) mēnešiem vai līdz kopējā pasūtījumu summa vispārīgās vienošanās ietvaros sasniegs 60 000 EUR (sešdesmit tūkstoši euro, 00 centi) bez PVN, atkarībā no tā, kurš nosacījums iestāsies pirmais”. Lai ievērotu vienlīdzības principu un pamatojoties uz atklāta konkursa nolikuma 19.6. punktu, komisija nolēma pārtraukt iepirkuma procedūru pozīcijā Nr. 26 “Tris-EDTA buferu šķīdums”, jo, izvirzot minimālās tehniskās specifikācijas, ir norādīts nepareizs kataloga nosaukums, kurā būtu atrodama nepieciešamā produkta tehniskā specifikācija. Pamatojoties uz 28.2.2017. Ministru kabineta noteikumu Nr. 107 “Iepirkuma procedūru un metu konkursu norises kārtība” 229.1. punktu un atklāta konkursa nolikuma 21.4.1. punktu, komisija nolēma iepirkuma procedūru pozīcijā Nr. 19 “Cilvēka mamosfēru un audzēju sfēru kultivēšanas barotnes komplekts” izbeigt bez rezultāta, jo netika saņemts neviens piedāvājums.
