                                            Šis ir paziņojums par iepirkuma procedūras rezultātiem attiecībā par iepirkuma priekšmeta 6. un 7. daļā noteikto preču piegādi. Par pārējām iepirkuma priekšmeta daļām skatīt atsevišķu paziņojumu par iepirkuma procedūras rezultātiem. Paziņojumā norādītās plānotās līgumcenas ir provizoriskas un tās var mainīties, jo tiks slēgta vispārīgā vienošanās. Paziņojuma IV.2.3) punktā norādītās cenas nav pretendentu piedāvātās līgumcenas, bet ir katra pretendenta piedāvāto preču vienību cenu kopsumma eiro. AS “Antalis” iepirkuma priekšmeta 6. un 7. daļā, bet SIA “Starlux” iepirkuma priekšmeta 6. daļā līguma slēgšanas tiesības nav piešķirtas, jo pretendenti atsaukuši piedāvājumus. Pilnsabiedrība “DLW Latvija un O"Pen Lietuva” izslēgta no dalības iepirkuma procedūrā saskaņā ar Publisko iepirkumu likuma 39. panta 10. daļu, tāpēc tai iepirkuma priekšmeta 6. un 7. daļā līguma slēgšanas tiesības nav piešķirtas. SIA “Vidzemes papīrs” piešķirtas līguma slēgšanas tiesības par attiecīgo iepirkuma priekšmeta 6. un 7. daļas preču piegādi tikai Elektronisko iepirkumu sistēmā definētajā Vidzemes reģionā, jo pretendents iesniedzis piedāvājumu par attiecīgo preču piegādi tikai minētajā reģionā. Iepirkuma dokumentos ir iekļautas vides aizsardzības prasības atbilstoši attiecīgo preču grupu Zaļā publiskā iepirkuma vadlīnijām, kas sākotnēji 6.2.2017. paziņojumā par līgumu netika norādīts V.3) punktā.

                                              Saskaņā ar Publisko iepirkumu likuma 83. panta 2. daļas 1. punktu iesniegumu Iepirkumu uzraudzības birojam par iepirkuma procedūras pārkāpumiem var iesniegt 10 (desmit) dienu laikā pēc dienas, kad informācija par iepirkuma procedūras rezultātiem nosūtīta attiecīgajai personai pa faksu vai elektroniski, izmantojot drošu elektronisku parakstu, vai nodota personiski.
