              Komisija, atkārtoti pārbaudot iesniegtos tehniskos piedāvājumus sakarā ar pretendenta SIA “Sentios” atteikšanos parakstīt vispārīgo vienošanos pozīcijās, kurās pretendents tika noteikts par uzvarētāju atklāta konkursa 1.daļā, secināja, ka: pozīcijās Nr. 1, 10 un 11 nav iesniegts izvirzītajām minimālajām tehniskajām specifikācijām neviens atbilstošs piedāvājums; pozīcijā Nr. 3 nav iesniegts neviens piedāvājums. Ievērojot minēto, atbilstoši atklāta nolikuma 8.5. punktam un 28.02.2017. MK not. Nr. 107 “Iepirkuma procedūru un metu konkursu norises kārtība” 23. punktam komisija nolēma pārtraukt iepirkuma procedūru atklāta konkursa 1. daļas 1., 3., 10. un 11. pozīcijā.
