SIA “Transporent” piedāvājumā tika konstatētās būtiskas neatbilstības nolikumā ietvertajām prasībām, t. sk. nav iesniegts tehniskais piedāvājums, komisija nolēma SIA “Transporent” piedāvājumu iepirkuma 2. daļā noraidīt un tālāk nevērtēt.
