      Neskatoties uz to ka SIA “Skandi Motors” ir vienīgais pretendents, kurš iesniedzis piedāvājumu atklātam konkursam Jaunu vieglo automobiļu iegāde Valsts augu aizsardzības dienesta vajadzībām – nozares specifisko funkciju veikšanai, iepirkuma komisija uzskata, ka tai nav jāizbeidz iepirkuma procedūra. Iepirkumu komisija uzskata, ka tikai viena atklāta konkursa prasībām atbilstoša piedāvājuma iesniegšana nav saistīta ar atklāta konkursā izvirzītām neobjektīvām un nesamērīgām atlases prasībām, bet gan ar iespējamo pretendentu piedalīšanos citos iepirkumos vai projektos, kas nedod iespēju sagatavot piedāvājumu šim iepirkumam.
